How it Works
- Exploratory Call. Before starting, let’s talk for 15 minutes to quickly explore your needs. Sometimes you might need brand coaching or referral to a business consultant instead of a Brand Roadmap. Either way, with a short call we will both know quickly if there is a good fit.
- Once you’re ready, complete our unique discovery questionnaire. My clients credit this with helping them think about their business in entirely new ways. This is the basis for our interviews and our jumping off point.
- Next I have a series of interviews with you and three (or more) of your customers. This helps me reveal the Dramatic Difference that will make your brand stand out. It also includes a testimonial quote I craft from each client interview, for use in your marketing.
- Create & Review. The resulting one-page Brand Roadmap distils what you do best into a clear concise company summary that tells your customers the results you can promise. We’ll refine it if needed through follow-up discussions. When complete, you get powerful language that moves straight over to your website or marketing campaign.
